Notes for Signing up for Classes

• Classes will be Scheduled once Medical Wavier is complete and deposit is made.
  • No Deposit can be made without a Medical Waiver in hand
  • $100 Deposit is required for Scheduling a class (Per Person)
    • Once Computer based Learning is assigned the Deposit is not refundable
  • Remainder of Fees are to be collected prior to water sessions of all courses
    • Once Water sessions start, fees are not refundable

Download Medical Waiver here. If all “no” responses on the first page please sign, bring with you to your in-person class and you are good to go. If any “yes” responses please have a physician sign off on it and bring it to your in-person class.
